Zoning Board of Appeals cases are filed in the Building Department. The ZBA meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. A variance provides a relaxation of the ordinance when the Board determines that either a practical difficulty or an undue hardship has been proven. The Zoning Board of Appeals has six commissioners. They are Michael Doré, Ronald Lawler, Lawrence Mitrovich, Doug Pashakarnis, Charles Presnell and Lloyd Sherman. The fees for the Zoning Board of Appeals are $250 Commercial and $200 Residential.
