Larry is a retired Police Sergeant from Troy, Michigan. He was hired in the summer of 2002 to revive the financially troubled Arena. He and his staff have operated the arena to make the facility financially stable.

Our facility has an Olympic rink and a NHL Rink. We have open skating available to the public. Public Skate is not always available seven days a week.

Our concession stand is operated by the city of Hazel Park and the Arena.

Our Pro Shop is operated by Dee’s Sports and has a wide variety of hockey and skating apparel. Skate sharpening is available. Their direct phone number is 248-399-6228.

Our facility has rooms for rent. These rooms are available for meetings, birthday parties, or any other occasion. If you need food or drink for your event, we will help you make the arrangements.

Our fitness center is no longer providing drop-in fee or memberships. Fitness center is privately operated by Mike Hamilton and is currently only available for hockey teams.
