The Planning Department is responsible for assisting ciitizens and developers with all aspects of development within the community.  This includes conducting predevelopment meetings and performing site plan reviews to ensure compliance with all zoning requirements and the goals of the Master Plan.  The Planning Department also assists with the application process for zoning variances
and rezoning requests.
