Medical Marihuana License Application & Ordinances


Application for License for Medical Marihuana Facility or Growing Operation.
Applications may be submitted no earlier than February 1, 2018 and no later than February 28, 2018 for the initial licensing year.   In addition, the applicant must submit a site plan review application, a special use application and a sign permit application.  Again, applications may be submitted no earlier than February 1, 2018 and no later than February 28, 2018 for the initial licensing year.

The bond referenced in Section 5.04.050(l) of Hazel Park City Ordinance 03-18 is to secure payment for property taxes on the site of the proposed facility. The surety company issuing the bond must guarantee that if the Applicant does not pay the required property taxes on time, then the surety company will. No specific form is required for this bond.
