At City Hall each Department is here to help & serve the residents of Hazel Park. Please feel free to contact them at any time. City Hall Hours Monday – Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm A Drop Box is located outside of City Hall for water bill payments & tax payments. Please note, if you have a red shut off notice, you must bring those into City Hall to avoid being shut off. Payments are collected in the drop box the following morning before 8:30am. If your water bill is due on the date you drop it off, it is advised that you bring it into City Hall to avoid a late fee.
