Permits
The Building Department is responsible for issuing the following permits.

Electrical Permit
Mechanical Permit
Plumbing Permit
Sign
Rental Inspections

All rental properties are required to have a Landlord's License.  Applications for the license and fee schedules may be obtained at the City Clerk's office.  Once an application is submitted, the Building Department will conduct an inspections to ensure the premises is safe for tenant occupancy.  Inspections are required every other year.

Inspector
Building Inspector, Duane Franks conducts inspections Monday through Thursday between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and Fridays between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.  Landlords or tenants can contact the Building Department to schedule an inspection.
