If anyone would like to serve on one of these boards, applications are available in the Clerk's Office, 111 E. Nine Mile Road.

Zoning Board of Appeals


Review appeals from property owners

Zoning Board of Appeals cases are filed in the Building Department. The ZBA meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

The fees for the Zoning Board of Appeals are $500 Commercial and $400 Residential.
