Hazel Park Assistant City Manager, Sharon Pinch has worked for the city for 20 years including service in the Police, Water, Recreation and Building departments.  Ms. Pinch has worked her way up through the ranks to her current position as Assistant City Manager/City Clerk/Treasurer.  As Assistant City Manager, Ms. Pinch oversees several departments including City Clerk, Building, Code Enforcement, Treasurer's Office, and serves as Acting City Manager in the absence of the City Manager.   

In December of 2000, Ms. Pinch completed studies in Municipal Administration to earn the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks in cooperation with Michigan State University. Ms. Pinch also received the Certified Public Manager designation from Saginaw Valley State University in 2009.
