Senator Sander Levin will be holding a Community Resource Fair on June 30th at the Hazel Park Junior High from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. to help residents learn more about programs and services that are available in these tough economic times.

The "Water Consumer´s Confidence Report" for 2008 is complete and will be mailed to every address in the city. Additional copies are available at City Hall, the Recreation Center, & DPW Office.

This is a good time for homeowners to: add insulation, upgrade windows & install energy efficient furnaces, to reduce utility bills. For income-eligible homeowners, MSHDA offers low-interest loans.

The mission of the Neighborhood Watch Group is to improve the quality of life for the residents of Hazel Park. It is an organized effort by the concerned residents of Hazel Park along with The Hazel Park Police Department and City Officials.
